Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year
Long-established privately owned Housebuilder looking to add to their West Midlands Technical Team with the addition of an experienced Architectural Technician or Senior. This highly regarded regional housebuilder is looking to increase production volume in the Midlands at a sensible rate with an emphasis on maintaining its reputation for quality homes.
Large land bank & pipeline, the projected expansion will present a genuine opportunity for career progression as the region grows. The day-to-day role will be split between hands-on design(production of working & planning drawings, building regulation applications, resolving site queries) and co-ordinating internal & external architectural and planning professionals.
