Company Information:

My client is an established, Consultancy specialising in Planning and Diversification across a range of different sectors including Tourism, Agriculture and Leisure. The client undertake a wide range of work across the North of England.

You must have the following:

• Must be qualified to a minimum of HNC in a relevant subject or degree in Architecture
• Must have experience of carrying out surveys
• Must be driven and the ability to work under own initiative
• Must have excellent CAD skills
• Must have driving licence and a car
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with both internal and external contacts
• Must have attention to detail and take real pride in your work
• Must have 3D experience, ideally have experience of ArchiCAD although candidates with Vector Works or other 3D Packages will be considered

Role Information:

The position will be a mix of both office based design work and also out in the field meeting clients and carrying out surveys. The role is predominantly centred around getting planning applications approved and signed off to building regs. The work is very varied and can involve farms, estates, leisure proposals, govt grants, redundant building conversions etc. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake physical surveys in the field and then convert to high quality cad drawing presentations both 2D and 3D on ArchiCAD.
