Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician/Project Technical Lead to join an award-winning and fast-growing housing developer based on the outskirts of Taunton.

This company has been established for over 20 years and due to a busy production program, they have a strong and busy period in the company soon arriving! They are looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician who will work as a Project Technical Lead to their already successful business!

Over the last couple of years, this housebuilder has won several awards and are known for their luxury and purpose-built homes across the South-West.

As the Project Technical Lead/Architectural Technician you will be joining a technical team of 6 and overall, the company employs over 50 staff across their land, technical, customer care, marketing, and operations teams.

Their office is based just outside of Taunton with good public transport links and plenty of free on-site parking for all members of staff.

The Candidate: Architectural Technician/Project Technical Lead

* Experience working as an Architectural Technician

* Worked within the housing developer/residential sector.

* Able to produce working drawings including technical details, dealing with day/day site queries.

* Having strong AutoCAD skills as well

The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 – £48,000depending on previous experience.
