Superb opportunity for a high calibre Scientist to secure a highly diverse, challenging and fast-paced role within the instrument sector.
You will be responsible for providing remote and on-site applications support (instrument troubleshooting, experiment design, data analysis) of the company’s instrumentation throughout the UK and Europe, alongside supporting instrument sales via product demonstrations and seminars.
You will also be accountable for the writing of user manuals and technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum PhD with a particular focus on Immunology research
- Strong technical/hands on experience in biochemistry/molecular biology/cell biology laboratory
- Experience of flow cytometry instrumentation with proven ability of hardware/software troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Strong customer focus
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
Candidates should be willing to travel to customer sites between 15-20% of their time.
