Salary: £45,600 – £55,200 per year
A leading provider of specialised technical solutions working with the natural resources and metals division are looking for a Applications Engineer. You must have experience working within the Geo Science arena with experience working within a similar role. This role will require international travel.
Commutable from: Cambridge, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Hitchin, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire
Salary: £45,600 – £55,200 p.a. + healthcare + Pension + Bonus
The Role
– Reporting into the Head of Natural Sciences you’ll be responsible for developing current applications to benefit current client base.
– Network and collaborate with application partners and key industry leaders.
– Support and challenge product development by providing sector specific cases.
– Visiting customers internationally to support on current applications and offer demonstrations.
– Identify and solve customers problems and needs through advanced use of solutions.
The Person
Degree qualified within Geo Science related subject, with experience working within a customer facing applications role.
Strong technical background within natural resources and metals. Confident with problems using variety of solutions.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Happy to travel up to 50% internationally.
