Am Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

An ability to cover all elements of the Shift manager Role (you will be responsible for approx 17 Night Shift Warehouse Operatives Midnight-09.00AM Shift)
The Team Meeting Productivity, operational and Quality Targets
An ability to work within set KPI’s Including H&S, ISO and costs
A flexible approach to work and a willingness to succeed
The ability to lead by example and communicate wellThe Successful Candidate will need to:

Have Man-management and time management skills
Be Analytical and computer literate
Be methodical and organised
Be able to work on their own initiative and be self motivated
Have a firm but fair approach to supervision
Be able to work under pressure
Hold a driving licenseOperational awareness would be an advantage as a proven record of working the night shift, and any individual applying for this role will be expected to undertake the appropriate training and development in order to become fully competent within the role.

Selection and appointment to this position will be through the appropriate Assessment Centre date and location to be confirmed at a later date
