Description

As After Sales Support, Duties will include, however, not be limited to;

• Inbound/Outbound calls to recent customers
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Proactive service checking in with customers post purchase
• Demonstrate effective levels of written communication

• Experience working with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong character, positive and enthusiastic
• Ability to work well within a team
• Excellent organisational skills
