Industrial Personnel are looking for a confident Care and Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You would be providing excellent support and care for clients across Northallerton, and the surrounding area. Your daily tasks as a Care and Support Worker will include working in the homes of adults with care and support needs, assisting service users with personal care and daily activities, and enabling them to lead a more fulfilled life. You will receive support to get the right training to be able to deliver a high standard of care, and excellent incentives.

THE JOB
* £26,000 per year.
* Permanent Position.
* Based in and around Northallerton.
* All mandatory training and Care Certificate.
* PMVA or MAPPA (not mandatory).
* Required to travel across own and neighbouring teams to work in the homes of adults with care and support needs.
* Mileage will be paid at 42p per mile.
* Provide support to adults in the community, to enable them to maximise their independence, in response to an assessment of their needs.
* Work in the community to make the most of existing mainstream services and resources.
* Work with the adults to regain skills and confidence in particular tasks or activities of daily living.
* Provision of personal care along with reablement tasks.
* Assisting service users with personal care, daily activities and leading a more fulfilled life.
* Responsible for delivering the highest quality of patient care.
* Involves continually nurturing a person’s mind, body, and spirit to promote a fulfilled life.
* Provide support to patients, assisting and improving their quality of life.
THE PERSON
* Must have a valid DBS check.
* Passionate about delivering a high standard of care.
* Must be adaptable and able to multi-task.
* Able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
* Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment.
* Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence.
* Must have a valid UK Driving license.
* Must have a minimum of 3-6 months experience in similar position.
WORKING HOURS
Monday – Sunday:
* 37 Hours/Week.
