2nd Line Support Analyst

The Role:
This position is to provide 2nd Line Support to clients in a timely and professional manner ensuring all calls are followed through to completion. You will be required to attend client site as and when the customer dictates. This role will operate 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.

The Candidate:
As the ideal candidate you will have extensive IT Support experience up to 2nd Line level, with a good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange. Strong Firewalls experience is essential for this position, any VMware experience would be highly desirable. You will have a good understanding of Networks and Troubleshooting, with strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. The ability to work within a team and work under your own initiative is essential for this position. You must also possess a Full Clean UK Driving License.
