Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Account Director
This is a great opportunity to join the only true global network in affiliate marketing and to be part of a team that sets the industry standard for performance and network quality.
We are looking to hire an Account Director to lead a team of Account Managers, inspiring them to grow revenue and to deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of clients
The Job
Acurately forecasting and delivering financial results
Segementing portfolios to allocate resource in-line with revenue opportunities
Monitoring service levels and client satisifaction
Leading and inspiring your team members to deliver against targets
Delivering superior strategic insight and knowledge at client meetings
Devising strategic initiatives and advising on the implementation of campaigns
Establishing best practices within the network
Representing CJ at events and trade shows
Contributing to the CJ blog and other PR initiatives
Assisting the sales team with new business pitches
Assisting HR with development, training, and hiring plans
We expect
A confident, enthusiastic candidate with a proven track record of people management and the ability to persuade and influence clients and colleagues alike. Key skills will include:
Intimate knowledge of affiliate marketing
Expertise in and knowledge of online marketing beyond the world of affiliates
A sense of urgency for achieving goals
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to generate ideas to solve problems creatively
Proven ability to build strong relationships at a senior level and to influence client contacts.
Directive leadership to ensure that results are delivered
Ability to delegate where necessary
Excellent presentation and written skills
High level of commercial awareness
Excellent negotiation skills
Positive outlook and proven ability to handle pressure
The ideal candidate will have
Over 5 years of experience in a digital role
Over 2 years of experience of managing direct reports
A degree
