Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
Our client, is seeking is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its commercial focused marketing and communications team based in the West End on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be providing marketing support to the key members of the commercial practice group. They must ideally have a degree in a related course and enjoy a fast paced deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead production of information requests, proposal documents and interview materials to support regional Directors and Business Development personnel
* Manage corporate CV’s, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and overall marketing collateral for the London office
* Master and utilise the companies visual and content libraries
* Maintenance of information in marketing database system
* Understand and implement firm wide marketing and communications activities within the London office
* Lead other marketing, communication and business development efforts as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
* 1-3 years related job and/or AEC industry experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field
* Experience with Adobe InDesign and MS Office software is required
* Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator experience a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong eye for detail and graphic composition
* Creative, self-motivated team player, committed to great communication who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
* Corporate experience with global company a plus
* Some travel may be required
