Salary: £38,400 – £42,000 per year
Role Overview
Responsible for the successful achievement of performance and financial targets across our Adult Learning Provision, Pin Point Training’s Adult Learning Contract Manager will demonstrate capabilities in leading and managing a high performing team, business development and growth planning to secure additional income sources.
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage a national delivery team to ensure high quality delivery and performance in line with contractual requirements
2. Contribute to research to identify new areas of employer need and new products and markets
3. Ensure all operational delivery is carried out safely, efficiently, and achieves or exceeds performance expectations, in line with budget
4. Develop effective relationships with employers, LEPs, funding agencies, Local Councils, DWP, JCP, etc to identify and maximise on funding opportunities
5. Develop, review and revise curriculum delivery materials to support the delivery of current and new programmes
6. Manage and develop Learner Engagement Team in looking for, and implementing new and innovative ways to motivate people who are disadvantaged in the job market
7. Leading on funding rules across all Adult Learning contracts (ESF/AEB etc.) and ensuring compliant submissions for all funding partners
8. Remain up to date with local and regional labour market and employment issues within contract regions and ensure delivery of programmes that compliment other local provision
9. Manage and report on KPI’s and the development and implementation of procedures and associated documentation for the employer and learner journey
10. Work closely with the MIS team to produce reports including analysis of KPI’s to be shared with teams as appropriate
11. Effectively manage team performance and underperformance through robust and timely review
12. Liaise with the Head of Quality team to effectively monitor and manage all Adult Learning provision, including performance management and audit compliance
13. Lead in procurement of new and additional funding streams
14. Develop and manage effective relationships with employers linked to our Adult Learning Programmes
15. Ensure and monitor outcomes for all learners
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience of developing new business and client relationships within FE
* Experience in a similar role or FE sector
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
* Experience of managing and developing high performing teams
* Clear understanding of Adult Learning funding rules including ESF, AEB, CAF etc.
* Strong account management experience
* Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
* Excellent communication skills – presentation, written and verbal
* Proven experience of managing budget and contracts with FE
