Administrator – Property & Investments Team (Financial Services) 

Position: Property and Investments Administrators 
Location: Manchester, Old Trafford 
Salary: £26,000 per year + bonus + study support 

We are now looking to recruit hardworking, articulate people to join both our Property and Investments teams. 

As a member of the Property team, you will be expected to manage your own portfolio of properties held in pension schemes. It is important that you can build relationships with our customers and deliver an exceptional service. You will be responsible for the purchase of commercial properties and will be dealing with surveyors, lenders and solicitors on a daily basis. 

You will need to be comfortable working with numbers and be able to look at the funding of proposed purchases as well as be able to reconcile rental receipts. You will also be responsible for preparing quarterly VAT returns; this requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

We also have vacancies in our Investments team where you will be responsible for making high value investments on behalf of our customers. You will be dealing with customers, financial advisers and a range of investment providers. In this role an interest in investments will be useful but more importantly, you will need to be able to work quickly and accurately. 

Both roles will be varied and you will need to be able to work under pressure. You will be joining established teams and will benefit from our extensive in-house training programme. The successful applicants will also be encouraged to study for professional qualifications, which we will support, to further your career development.
