We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Administrator to join the team of one of our largest most prestigious pharmaceutical clients based in Sandwich. This is a chance to work as part of the WSR Admin Centre of Excellence providing professional service to all colleagues at all levels. Working together as a team to identify and implement processes, best practices and standards and enable alignment of resources, skills and expertise in support of the business. This is a 3 month contract offering part time and full time hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Diary management, minute taking and arranging team events.
• Meeting organization using Resource Scheduler and webex systems.
• Liaising with onsite groups to support meetings and training sessions.
• Preparation of business related documents including slides and flip charts.
• General administrative duties.
• Processing commission decision documents.
• Electronic filing of Regulatory Documentation using Preserve.
• Processing financial requests.
• Making travel and accommodation bookings.
• Assisting with department specific system requests.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Preferred:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word packages, Outlook and specific Regulatory systems.
• High level of administrative experience including handling sensitive confidential material.
• Expresses ideas and information clearly, creatively and persuasively when speaking and writing.
• Self-motivated and able to manage own time effectively.
