We are currently recruiting for a General Administration Assistant for our Client based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Are you someone with excellent all round office administration skills?
This is a varied role which will involve but not limited to:-
- Answering incoming calls
- Computer Data Entry tasks
- Inputting and updating records
- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Reception Work
- Filing
- General clerical and administrative duties.
Key skills & experience
- General office experience is required along with a working knowledge of office systems Confidence in telephone call handing in an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills techniques are crucial with a high level of computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel.
- Effective and competent organisational skills
- Polite manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
Hours: 08:50am through to 14:10 – Monday to Friday
Start Date: 1st week of November at the latest
This is a part-time position for an initial 5 week period with a possible extension or change to a permanent for the right candidate.
