Our large law firm based in central Leeds is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to support their computer operations function. This is an important position and ensures that all information is handled in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
Duties for the role include:
* Inputting and updating client information
* Processing client correspondence including nominal receipts, receipts clips and transfer requests
* Producing and distributing of computer and manual cheques
* Completing team filing
* Responding to Fee Earner and Secretary queries
* Dealing with correspondence natters
* Ad hoc administration duties as required
