Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year
Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a medium sized Manufacturing company in Portsmouth.
Our client is an award winning organisation and real specialist in what they do. This role is available to start immediately and candidates will be considered on a temporary or Fixed Term basis.
Please note you must have experience of SAGE to be considered for this role.
Duties:
-Bank reconciliations.
– Transferring cash between sales ledger accounts via journals
– Purchase ledger duties.
-Chasing customers by phone.
– Assisting in weekly debt reporting.
– Taking credit card payments.
– Liaising with credit controllers, cashiers department and customer.
– Providing cover/support for Credit Controllers.
– Credit checking customers.
