An opportunity for a person who is immediately available firstly on a temporary basis to work for this fantastic organisation who has offices both in Central London and near Rochester.
This is for a Accounts Administrator to join to assist the team with the Corporation’s payment processes. The following duties and accountabilities are:
To assist with the Corporation’s payment processes
To undertake all related processes e.g. creation of Payment files and review of Corporation Payment Templates
To assist with the maintenance of the E-Procurement and payment system.
To ensure controls are maintained at all times
To carry out monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet control accounts
This role is ideally suited to a person who is studying towards a recognised Accounting qualification of have qualification by experience and have Sound financial system experience.
