We have a great opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Supervisor to join our client who is a market leading Accountancy Practice based in Chester. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Supervisor to join a practice that can offer you a real path for progression into management.

You will be provided with expert, market leading training and development as part of the thorough induction process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own portfolio of clients you will be responsible for the preparation of accounts for clients at all levels from large corporates to SME’s
You will be required to profitably manage a portfolio of clients, working with a team of staff assisting you to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved
You will work closely with junior staff on the client’s business and instructions to supervise and control the completion of work
You will undertake ‘on the job’ training and provide feedback
You will be the main point of contact for all clients and to liaise with them throughout the year

Key Skills required:

It is essential that you are currently studying towards or qualified ACA/ACCA
A good understanding of UK financial reporting requirements.
Strong accounts production skills and ability to execute strong people skills with colleagues and clients
