Accountant (3 Month Assignment)

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting an Interim Accountant to join a listed company located in Nottingham.
This role is ideal for someone who has a commercial accounting focus and is looking to join a driven working environment and gain excellent exposure in a global player.

This role is scheduled to last 3 months.

The Client…

This worldwide business are the market leader in their sector while also maintaining a reputation in the UK HQ for their fun working environment.

All about the role…

You’ll ensure the provision of accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, and provide analysis & cost centre review in line with agreed timescales and group policy.
And you’ll effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships that impact your monthly processes.
You’ll also be a strong communicator, able to provide clear and meaningful interpretation of analysis conducted, and to lead and control meetings with senior stakeholders.
The perfect candidate will challenge the way things are done, have a critical eye, and be prepared to try new ways of doing things.
Other Key Accountabilities: National Statistics, Cost Reviews, Fixed Assets, P&L, Board Pack, Flash Reports, Bad Debt, Stock Provision etc.

To be considered for this Interim Management Accountant position you must fulfil the following criteria…

Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or Qualfied by Experience
SAP Experience is essential
Commercially minded
