Financial Accountant

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Our client is a reputable and market leading business services provider who have experienced year on year growth and have an exciting growth strategy in place for their future success.

Financial Accountant – About the role:

* Month end reporting

* Assist in developing IT systems and controls

* Move the business towards a controls based audit

* Deliver technical projects

* Involvement with transfer pricing implementation

* Periodic review of SAP for compliance and evolve both controls and day to day process with Finance Manager

To be successful in this Financial Accountant role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

* Audit of clients in a reputable accountancy practice

* Group consolidations

* A good technical knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS

* FRS102 to IFRS transition project

* Multi-currency and multi entity

* Financial Controls

* Able to work in a continously changing environment, being adaptable and resilient

* Problem solver who can work through complex issues

* Demonstratable integrity

* Work with people as part of a team to achieve results as well as individually

* Results orientated and accountable for actions

* Accurate

* Open to learning and new ideas

* Accountable for own work and resolving any problems
