Territory: Home Counties & North London (Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding)
Basic: £26,400 – 25,000 (negotiable higher for the right candidate)
OTE: £60,000 – £72,000 OTE (uncapped) – transparent commission structure

My client is looking for exceptional field sales professionals with a sales background in Managed Print Services, Telecommunications or IT Managed Services who are looking to progress their career with a fun yet still hardworking organisation that have continuous growth, 25% year on year and not just in the UK, but in Europe also. You will be an ambitious and highly driven sales person who with a hunger to want to earn lots of commission. You will also receive some of the best industry training, direct from the Manufacturer.
Role:
– In this role you will be selling a full Managed Print Service (MPS), mainly into the SME and Corporate Marketplaces
– You will be presenting a solution to help their business run more effectively by reducing print costs and increasing efficiency within their business by transforming their document and printing processes with a Managed Print Service
– Solutions will include Xerox hardware and software solutions and their full managed print service technology solutions
– Your targets will be focused around growing the customer base by winning new accounts as well as developing existing accounts
– New business focused and you will also retain the accounts you win for future development
– A very solution focused sell where you will fact find, establish needs and then sell to those needs with a value added proposition
Candidate Requirements:
– All candidates MUST have 3+ years solution led sales experience gained in the Managed Print Service (MPS), Telecommunications or other IT Services industry
– You must be a new business hunter and be able to open new doors with both SME and Corporate customers
– Proven track record of winning new business
– Excellent career stability
– Have great work ethics and be willing to learn new skills
– Must be money motivated and success driven
– Ambitious, hardworking and have a fun personality
