We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join an exciting digital marketing agency with offices in London, New York and Lagos, Nigeria. Our client is a digital marketing agency that exists to guide brands on the verge of significant change. They work with some of the world’s most respected big brands, including a large, international travel client. Whether mining data for new consumer insights, optimising digital media ROI, embracing new channels or launching new brands, the company makes the changes that make digital marketing work smarter.
As the Account Manager you will, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, KPIs and objectives are clear and agreed. The Account Manager will work with the Media team to develop investment plans, and the Data & Insight team to deliver performance insights to the client. You will report to an Account Director, taking a hands-on attitude to support them to develop client strategy, understand account profitability, and achieve account growth. You will have a responsibility to understand the digital communications landscape, capable of considering both client and agency issues at a campaign level. Have the ability to demonstrate a core understanding of display advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, search PPC marketing, mobile advertising, communications and the systems and technologies associated with delivering these channels. The successful Account Manager will need:
- A proven experience managing digital campaigns and clients
- To be capable of holistically approaching the digital marketplace, placing a keen eye towards the interplay between all marketing channels (online & offline).
- Excellent presentation (verbal and written) and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent management skills; including project management, communication and team building skills.
- Proven collaboration skills and a talent for people management
- To be educated to degree level
- To be competent in MS Office, especially Excel
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Display.
