Account Manager

We are recruiting for Sales Executives / Account Managers for our Birmingham based client.

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a small team within a large and expanding organisation. The team works with medium sized organisations (fewer than 2000 employees) selling bespoke training packages. The large range of services our client provides is proven to enhance the performance of employees.

This role is to generate business leads and convert leads in to business opportunities. The company always offers add on services so once you have won an account you need to manage the relationship to generate more sales.

Working from a cold database to start form you job will be to build a picture of which companies to target, gain the contact details and finally sell in the services, all calls you make will be to highly professional companies. (B2B)

The existing team are very success after receiving good training from their Managers. You will be trained up to make sure you hit targets and stay motivated to be successful. We are looking for the right applicant to be driven and target orientated, with a passion to succeed.

We are looking for either enthusiastic graduates with at least a year’s sales experience or candidates with a proven track record in B2B sales looking for a new challenge.

You will be:

• Tenacious and driven
• Happy to pick up the phone and make cold calls
• Have a professional telephone manner and enjoy making B2B calls
• Confident reaching the decision maker and rapport building with customers
• Happy to meet clients face to face when required
• Able to provide 100% customer service at all times.

In your first year you will be expected to be cold calling and following up with marketing information, completing administration and meeting clients.
