Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global service provider for an Account Manager to join there growing organization. The company operates out of over 100 countries, delivering 5* office services products to there ever increasing customer base.

Based in Leeds, the Account Manager will be the first point of call for all customers old and new, so we are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and customer service that has delievered a high number of profitability.

The salary offered for this position is £48,000 plus excellent benefits package and commission structure.

The Role

·The Account Manager will handle all methods of communications to new and existing customers
·As the Account Manager you will manage the entire sales process, following leads, customer development and closing deals
·Monitor the sales team, ensuring that work is being completed effectively, and good sales are being made with 100% customer satisfaction, measuring up to KPI’s
·Make improvements that will positively impact sales and strategy

The Candidate

·A proven track record of selling products or office solutions within a B2B environment
·An ability to build rapport with customers very quickly, and demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor
·Support the overall business goals, leading by example by being positive and using a forward thinking approach
·The Account Manager must have excellent negotiation skills, and maintain a high level of productivity
·A flexible approach to working hours
