Our award winning client is seeking a dynamic and motivated account manager to provide support to their busy sales team.
Looking for someone who can manage their accounts pro-actively providing a first class service at all times to new and ongoing accounts. Must have strong account managing skills, managing large volume accounts, in a business to business environment as the operation needs to be slick and successful. Would perhaps suit someone account managing in recruitment, print solutions, telecoms or advertising industries as you would be working to a similar business objective.
Responsibilities to include:
Reporting into Director of Account Management and Support.
To maximise renewals
To deliver add on sales and upsells
To provide the best possible customer service to customers.
To proactively focus on Customers at Risk to make sure we maximise our renewals.
Training customers on an ad hoc basis.
Being Pro-active with customers.
Being Reactive when a customer calls.
Organising and sitting training Webinars.
Doing custom bespoke reports for client when requested.
Sending and analysing exit surveys (when a client cancels their contract).
Sending and analysing surveys after one month of customers being with us.
Working alongside the Support Team with technical problems.
Should be prepared to travel to visit clients 4-8 times a Month.
