OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
We’re city-obsessed, irrepressible anthropologists who prize inspiring, insatiable inquisitive, cultural explorers with charismatic personalities who love to find and champion bold and original thinking.
We seek an entrepreneurial and collaborative go-getter who is passionate about breaking new ground and helping to mentor junior members of account teams while overseeing the highest level of delivery to a new roster of clients. A core aspect of this role is working with the partners, new business and PR to court new clients into the agency.
Although you have a handle on experiential and print production you have a firm grasp of today’s integrated communications landscape and aspire to co-create integrated brand experiences where channels and formats speak to each other. You have excellent communication, organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills, all fundamental to the way you form close bonds with the team and clients. You like being out in the field, staying close to your clients, anticipating and interpreting their needs, attending to them personally in a way that maximises perceptions of, and opportunities for the agency. Your positive attitude well equips you to identify and adapt to internal and external business’ challenges and to calmly manage multiple stakeholders needs and issues.
Naturally inquisitive, you challenge yourself to thoroughly investigate briefs, looking beneath the surface to get to the heart of business problems which you can concisely and clearly brief into the agency.
A true team player and motivator, you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, make a round of tea, ready to go the extra mile to get the best results. You also share the qualities that drive all truly great client service teams – you’re highly culturally curious, passionate about the world and what you do, and love people.
