Account Service Manager/ Customer Service Manager
Location: Derby
Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 + bonus + private medical + holidays
The business
Leading global provider of innovative and fully integrated supply chain solutions. The link between operations teams and external clients you will ensure high levels of communications, support and understanding between internal departments and customers businesses. You will lead performance of a team of six and process reviews to enable continuous improvement.
Role
Account Service Manager/ Customer Service Manager

To ensure the business is aware of our customer performance/ plans/ feedback by monitoring performance and sharing customer feedback

Develop and manage customer relationships, through site visits, team meetings and service reviews

Contract management meetings
-
Monitoring and measuring KPI’s, provide accurate and meaningful reports
-
Escalating trends/ issues to leadership team
-
Recognising and sharing success
Requirements
-
Evidence of managing and leading a team
-
Ability to translate customer contractual obligations into operational activity

Good relationship building, negotiating skills at all levels
-
Strong organisation skills

Excellent customer service skills required
-
Excellent communications required
-
Flexibility as role includes travelling to various sites across the UK, some evening and weekend work may be required
