Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a multi million pound, award winning Insurance company in the Crawley area.

Due to continued expansion my client are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a proven track record of developing profitable relationships who will be responsible for managing a number of key partners to maximise sales growth and profitability. You will need to be highly motivated, commercial and have excellent client management skills.

To be considered for this position you’ll require the following essentials:

• Manage the day-to-day contact and longer-term relationship with key partners

• Deliver year on year revenue growth for partners and the business

• Identify and close opportunities that provide success for partners and drives incremental sales for the business

• Work with the Head of the department to help partners devise strategies for their multi-channel sales opportunities, ensuring they are both accountable and measurable

• Detailed understanding of sales performance data in order to provide insight to continually improve upon agreed strategy or amend where necessary

• Support the Head of Department in the negotiation of contract renewals

• Write and deliver partner presentations, which highlight key successes and opportunities for improvements

• Identify, evaluate and secure new distribution opportunities with all partners
