My client, one of the fastest growing digital media businesses in the UK and the only company in Europe to specialise in Search Re-targeting are seeking a fantastic agency sales person to join their dynamic team.

Global brands and media planning agencies use their Search Re-targeting to pin point target users Online based on their recent searches. This innovative product gives advertisers the ability to harness the accuracy of search and combine it with the high impact and scalable nature of display advertising.

Account Manager
The candidate will be selling their Search Re-targeting to display advertising buyers in the UK. The candidate must have extensive media buyer/planner contacts at key UK agencies & brands direct, and must be able to demonstrate a proven sales history.

Responsibilities:
*Selling Search Re-targeting / Display advertising
*Sourcing, pitching and closing West End planning and buying agency deals.
*Ensure deal management and implementation of deadlines are delivered with maximum performance.
*Maintain an extensive knowledge of the status of the marketplace
*Act as a resource of expertise to agencies to provide a consultative education on the companies products and services

Skills/Experience
-2-3 years Online experience – preferably in performance advertising
-Expertise around ROI advertising Online
-Experience of pitching and closing West End agency accounts
-Strong track record of performance against targets
-Excellent communication skills
-Self starter, intuitive and highly motivated.
-Strong knowledge and opinions on some of the issues that are likely to face the industry over the next year or so
-Understanding of agency trading desks and the impact of those on independent display companies
-Solid understanding of the display marketplace, and the role of DR within that
-Good contacts across agency groups
-Track record in driving incremental new business rather than simply account management
