The Role

The Primary focus of the role of Account Manager is to take full responsibility for a growing list of clients spanning a range of business sectors, acting as the key point of liaison between clients and the company. The Account Managers goal is to achieve best practice marketing outcomes, maximum client satisfaction, revenue growth within their assigned client base.

The account manager will be responsible for:

The complete customer journey
Writing Proposals & Marketing Plans
Weekly Status Report to clients
Update financials and forecasts
Weekly Calls to Clients
Marketing Advice to clients
Writing Briefs
Account Development
Being Consultative
Being Commercially aware – aware of consumer commercials
Growing accounts in a consultative manner
Spending time with clients to really understand their requirements
Visiting Clients regularlyAbout You

will have:

Marketing Experience – preferably from a digital background, although this is not essential
Client side marketing experience
Commercial Awareness
Excellent Communicator – both written and verbal
Drive and Determination
Professional and flexible client management skills
Effective time management skills when under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power PointThe client side experience you have will be invaluable, as you will have the experience to see situations from the clients perspective and be aware of the clients ‘pains’.
