Job Description
MM Teleperformance Ltd
Account Manager
Salary: DOE
Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon – Fri)
We are Teleperformance and it’s an exciting time to join us! We are experts in outsourcing and have a global footprint across c. 60 countries, employing over 150,000 people. In the UK alone we employ over 8,000 people across a number of sites in Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. Teleperformance is very much a people company and we believe that our people are the secret to our success. We value their opinions, creativity and encourage our people to challenge the status-quo and offer fresh ideas so that we can continue to develop, grow and deliver a fantastic service to our clients.
We are now looking for a self-sufficient and experienced Account Manager to take up an existing campaign in Bristol, looking after one of our public sector clients. We are looking for a safe pair of hands to nurture existing relations and external stakeholders.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong and trusted direct relationship with our new client and will ensure that both the client’s requirements and those of Teleperformance are well balanced. Working closely with the relevant operational leads and internal stakeholders, you will anticipate, innovate and motivate in order to ensure the client and their customers receive the excellent service they deserve from their new partnership with Teleperformance.
You will use your excellent communication skills and positive, engaging personality to build rapport and trust with client – understanding and anticipating their expectations in order to add value to their business and improve performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and build a new client relationship – starting as you mean to go on.
You will report to a Client Services Director based in Bristol, so it is essential that you are confident taking direction and working independently and apart from the wider Client Services team.
As there will be bespoke CRM software associated with this account, it is important that you are comfortable liaising with our internal development and IT departments, and have an understanding of the security needed around software and data – although training around this aspect will be provided at one of our Bristol based offices. You will also need to be comfortable with change control/briefings and able to identify whether any changes will impact the internal system.
You will be accountable for logging information and keeping methodical records of vital information associated with this public sector account and will be confident using spreadsheets and Microsoft office tools.
You will be alert and proactive – identifying potential opportunities or issues that could affect the client and taking appropriate action.
Ideal candidates for this role will be commercially astute and used to communicating with external clients.
You will have good, solid experience within client services, from either an account management, operations, project management or wider outsourcing perspective.
Experience with outsourcing or BPO would be particularly advantageous.
If you enjoy autonomy in your role, working with great people, and have a flexible & agile approach, Teleperformance could be the place for you! We look forward to hearing from you!
