3rd Line Support & Infrastructure Technician

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced 3rd Line Support & Infrastructure Technician to join a market leading technology organisation based in Greenford. The successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of day to day services and projects including 1st – 3rd line IT support across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-tech, cutting edge environment with the latest version of everything IT related.

Key Responsibilities;

Supporting and maintaining the IS infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and minimum downtime
Supporting and managing key infrastructure projects and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Supporting the service desk, including taking and answering calls at all levels 1st – 3rd lineKey Requirements

Strong technical experience in implementing infrastructure projects
Experience in the use of diagnostic, monitoring and network management tools and in configuring routers, switches and firewalls
Experience in securing and managing networks, both infrastructure and client machines using DLP, AV, IPS, event monitoring
