Rapidly expanding tech Company providing IT software, hardware, services and support is expanding its Support teams.

Their friendly and honest approach with customers has won them contracts with leading consultancy groups and businesses globally. As they adapt and embrace new technology, they are now looking to add to their existing team of in-house experts, in particular 3rd Line Support Engineers with proven experience of large Exchange migrations.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Exchange migrations, scoping projects and designing solutions
• Managing Exchange environment
• Providing 2nd/3rd Line support via telephone and email relating to Exchange and Outlook
• Preparing and updating technical documentation including mail flow diagrams and reports
• Archiving, performance monitoring, gathering statistics
• Proactive approach to ensure maximum availability of all systems
• Installing/configuring Windows servers

Possessing excellent communication and customer service skills, you should be able to prioritise tasks, be aware of time constraints and deadlines and have the ability to research and learn new technologies/solutions under pressure.
