I have a client based in Fareham who is looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with Desktop, 2nd line Support, Helpdesk, Windows, SQL, Network Support and EPOS on a Permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer a salary up to £30,000 based on experience.
Skills and Experience Required
– Excellent communication and people skills
– Organised
– Self-Motivated
– Works well in a team
– Experience working with EPOS systems
– Microsoft
– Windows
– SQL
– Must have a Full UK driving Licence
– Escalation of complex issues to 3rd line support
– Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
