Position: 3rd Line Support

Location: North London

Salary: £24,000 – £36,000

Our client have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced 3rd Line Support/ Network Engineer to join their well established and expanding In-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide hardware and software support to all device and users across the group in all locations, plus external clients as required.
• Administration of Windows 2008 domain infrastructure and others as required and developed, e.g. Linux
• Administration of all network hardware and site to site connections (fibre based).
• Administration of external network connections into the core network (VPN)
• Administration of private and guest Wireless networks.
• Administration of domain DHCP address pools and DNS tables
• Administration of Linux infrastructure. (Red Hat / Centos)
• Administration of Virtual (Citrix) Environment
• Administration of Pulsant Cloud Environment
• SAN, Administration and solutions architecture
• Google Apps management
• Mobile Device Management
• Voice over IP (VOIP) maintenance
• TCP/IP Network Management
• Exchange / Outlook support
• Terminal services administration
• Active Directory and Group Policy Building and Management

Key Skills:

• Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows server networks
• Experience of Windows 7 / Server 2008 / Microsoft Exchange
• Experience with Linux Servers
• Experience with Virtual (Citrix) environments
• Experience of installing and maintaining PCs, printers and other hardware, network devices such as routers, switches and VPN technologies
• MCITP and CCNA qualifications will be well received
