Role: 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (Leeds Office)
Salary: Up to £48,000DOE*

My client, a leading MSP in the North is looking for a talented senior 2nd line or 3rd line support engineer to join their team of extremely skilled individuals to facilitate the extraordinary growth the company has seen in recent years.
A 50/50 split in terms of responsibilities, your role will be to provide support to internal users and also to provide support to clients, deep diving into their existing infrastructure and identifying & recommending areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
** Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to internal users and clients
** Investigate existing client infrastructure and provide support and recommendations for efficiency
** To assist clients with on prem to cloud migrations
** To build and maintain rapport with customers
