A 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer is required to join an expanding Managed service provider in their easily accessible office in Central London. Working with some of the biggest Microsoft Gold Partners this company is requiring a 3rd Line infrastructure Engineer to work within the delivery team implementing, delivering and supporting the customer’s infrastructure.
The 3rd Line infrastructure Engineer will earn a very competitive salary of up to £60,000 with performance bonuses and a great career path to suit. With onsite training and the option of potential funding for further Microsoft and Cisco Qualifications.
The 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer must have experience in:
· Windows 2000 – 2012 including Active Directory
· Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013
· VMware/ virtual Server / Hyper-V
· Networking
· Office 365

As a 3rd Line infrastructure Engineer you will be dealing with a number of high profile clients and will be expected to deliver a high level of work to our clients working on new and existing customer’s sites. You must be able to communicate at all levels and be able to covert IT problems into IT solutions.
The 3rd Line infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for:
· Providing infrastructure engineer support to multiple customers
· Software patching, upgrading and replacing hardware
· Infrastructure projects, infrastructure maintenance as well as working as part of the third line incident support teams
· Assisting in a mail migration
· Supporting all escalations from the 1st and 2nd line
· Assist junior members of the team
The 3rd Line infrastructure Engineer will earn a very competitive salary of up to £60,000 with performance bonuses, 25 days’ holiday as well a great company pension scheme and team build days.
