Salary: £42,000 – £45,600 per year
CCNA/CCNP-accredited 2nd line support engineer is wanted by a national service provider for a client’s site in Stoke. The ideal candidate knows his/her way around routing, switching, firewalls, IP Telephony and LAN & WAN and ideally will have worked in a managed services environment, although an eagerness to get into this industry would also be considered.
You will work close with senior management and customers in order to quickly and efficient resolves 2nd line issues. You will also provide technical advice to the NOC, Field and TAC engineers as well as internal customers, so the role is varied and no two days are the same!
