My client, a rapidly growing IT Support company based in the Chatham area, who are seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience.
The role will be will be to provide Telephone and Onsite support for a range of companies across the UK, logging calls on the helpdesk system and resolving issues where possible and escalating calls to the senior engineer team, where appropriate.
The successful applicant will have experience in:

Active Directory Administration.

Microsoft exchange administration.

Knowledge of computer networking, and Microsoft Server operating systems.

Experience configuring network devices i.e. Firewalls and switches.

Understanding of virtualisation technologies e.g VMware, Hyper-V.

Experience working in a helpdesk environment.

Excellent Customer Service skills

Basic knowledge of the Financial Services sector
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within IT support and have a passion for the role and a desire to progress and succeed.
Applicants will need to hold a full Driving License and have their own transport, due to the requirements of the job role.
