Salary: £14.4 – £15.6 per hour
1st Line Desktop Support Engineer (Windows, SQL, DOS, Exchange) – Slough based Contract – Permanent – Immediate Start required.
1st line helpdesk support individual is required for one the fastest growing software providers based in Slough. This is for a 3 month contract, with a view to going permanent.
The ideal 1st Line Desktop support engineer will have the following technical experience:
- Windows
- SQL
- Microsoft Office
- DOS
- UNIX (desirable
- Active Directory
- Exchange
You must have 3 years minimum experience working as a 1st Line Support Engineer
Key Duties:
Update and maintain all desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and projectors.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printing devices and mobile devices.
Ensure that meeting room equipment is set up and fully operational as and when requested.
Participating in a rota to provide support out of core hours.
