We are a very ambitious company who are looking for 1st Line Support Technician to join our team. Since our inception over 20 years ago we are now a 300+ strong company and currently growing. We are known and respected within our vertical market and have an exceptional reputation for providing a great service. We are looking for a like minded individual to join our dedicated client service department.

We are therefore looking to expand our team further by appointing a 1st Line Support Technician ideally with a good knowledge of SQL Server.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The successful person will need to be able to provide a professional service as the first point of contact handling incoming queries and escalating as and when needed. You will need to collaborate between other IT teams to ensure the company’s objectives are met. Delivering an excellent level of customer service will be essential for this role.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Good SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for IT support and management of IT systems.
- A background in IT or computer technology with a desire to apply this knowledge in a support services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT’S NICE TO HAVE…
- Windows desktop and server operating systems.
