Responsibilities;
To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
*To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
*Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
*Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
*To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant member of IT and keep the user up to date on the progress of their issues
*General IT administration support tasks including:
oAsset tracking and auditing
oService status reporting
oMaintaining the service desk
oScripted application patch maintenance tasks
oThe creation of users guides and support material
The preferred candidate for this role would be a IT graduate with one year experience. .
