1st Line / Helpdesk Support – Manchester £18-21K. Our growing client based in Manchester is currently looking for two skilled 1st Line / Helpdesk Support Analyst. We are looking for a customer focussed star to join our IT department to support the organisation, both hands on in the office and remotely across the UK.

This is a fast paced role where no two issues are the same. You’ll be there – whatever they need, whatever it takes and have the ability to prioritise when needed. As the role involves answering support tickets, what we really need is someone with brilliant customer service, who can ask the right questions to find the right solutions. If you love all things technology and a have a passion for demonstrating it in a clear and simple way, then this is the job for you.

* Proven organisational skills

* Calm and focused
* Previous experience of working on a support desk is desirable

This role would suit an IT graduate or someone looking for their next role in IT
