1st Line Support Role
£18,000 – £20,000, Benefits, Holiday
Our client is looking for someone to join their team and looking to progress further in their career.
The end client is the world’s leading media/movie company. As a 1st Line Support candidate, you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for customers and self triaging/diagnosing customer issues.
Acting as the first point of contact for ICT support requests, you’ll strive to resolve both internal and external customer’s issues in a timely manner.
Additionally, you’ll perform a range of system administration tasks and ensuring issues are resolved or passed onto the appropriate teams.
– At least one year’s experience in an IT support role
– Experience gained in a customer-facing environment and of delivering customer service to the highest standard
– Hardware/Software maintenance
– Experience of working in a Windows Server based environment
– Previous experience of troubleshooting systems and network problems
You must have superb communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, as well as a highly organised approach. Accurate and flexible, you must also be able to manage your time effectively.
