1st and 2nd Line Windows 7/8 IT Support Engineer London

1st and 2nd Line Support, Windows 7 8, MS Office, Active Directory, Helpdesk, Remote Support, Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience.

My client is an exciting dynamic and fast paced IT Managed Services company that specialises in the creative sector. Due to continued growth they now require an additional 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join this growing team.

Your day to day duties will include being the 1st point of contact for external clients. You will then be expected to resolve technical issues over the phone, remotely and face to face. You should have previous exposure to the following technology:

Windows 7 / 8

MS Office

Basic Active Directory & Exchange

Smartphones

Peripheral devices

The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate with clients at all levels, as well as being technically competent and highly motivated.

You should have a minimum of 2 years experience providing 1st/2nd line support experience in a similar environment.
