1st/2nd Line Support Engineer(1st Line, 2nd Line, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD) – Permanent – Hull
Search IT are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis for a growing and well know business in Hull.
Skills/Requirements for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer:
* Minimum 2 years working within support
* Windows Server experience
* Strong Active Directory background
* TCP/IP experience/Knowledge
* DNS and/or DHCP experience/knowledge
Desirable Skills:
* VOIP
* Experience of working on a Mitel phone system
Start date is ASAP
The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the business on a daily basis, there may be some onsite work needed to 1 of their various store locations across the UK.
This role also has a 3 weekly shift pattern with some weekend work once a month.
