1st / 2nd Line Technical Support

1st / 2nd Line Desktop Support analyst, ideally with some experience supporting and administering a SharePoint environment needed for this Central London based professional services organisation.
Working as part of a small team this is an initial 4 month contract.

Technically the right candidate will have a solid mix of:

*Desktop, laptop, server, printers and computer peripherals
*Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012
*Microsoft Windows XP to v8
*Microsoft Office
*Microsoft Exchange Server
*Microsoft Active Directory
*Network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
*SharePoint support and administration

In addition to the technical skills, great communication skills are a must
