My client, a Global Software House who are a subsidiary of a globally renowned blue chip organisation are on the lookout for a 1st/2nd Line Support engineer to join the team and provide support to the latest technologies. To be eligible for this role you must have working experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and it would be beneficial to have experience with VMware. You are also required to have exposure/knowledge with TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP.

Key Skills Required:
*Windows 7, 8.1, 10, 2008 & 2012 maintenance and troubleshooting.
*PC & laptop hardware.
*MS Office suite, particularly Outlook 2010/2013
*Active Directory
*Network services DHCP, DNS, WINS,
*CAT6 & WiFi networks
*File & print servers
*Network printers
