As a 1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to the user base and will work alongside the IT team to ensure that their infrastructure is managed, monitored and maintained to provide maximum uptime

The successful 1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst will support the clients Infrastructure as part of a highly motivated team and will also be involved in developing and enhancing the IT environment through implementing technical projects alongside the Infrastructure Support Analyst.

You must be a self-motivated individual with superb communication skills and be very well presented as you will be an ambassador for the company. You must be able to work as part of a team and provide professional technical support to the team at Costa Express at all times.You will get to know and understand the job and deliver excellent service to our client. To apply for the role of 1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst you will be strong on client-facing and/or in-house IT experience and really thrive in that arena. You are experienced in:

  • Microsoft Server Operating Systems installation and support (2003 to 2012R2),

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Microsoft Exchange installation and support (2003 to 2013),

  • Experience with firewall management,

  • Experience with a variety of backup technologies and methods.

    It would be desirable for you to have experience in:

  • VMware

  • Microsoft Hyper-V

MCP qualifications would also be advantageous.
