Our client are looking for an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Leeds. The successful Technical Support Engineer will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible (not all essential):
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012
- Virtualisation – either/or vmware and citrix
- SAN / Storage
- Back up technologies
- Exchange 2007/2010/2013
- Active Directory
- Windows XP/7/8 Desktop
- SQL Server 08 / 12
- Understanding of networking concepts and firewalls
